Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. For collectible toys, the packaging is considered part of the product's value and must be returned in original condition without damage, creases, dents, or alterations.

Opened, used, or damaged items — including items with damaged packaging — may not be eligible for a full refund and may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or defective item).

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Manufacturer Defects & Warranty American Store US is an independent reseller. Product warranties, if any, are provided by the original manufacturer and not by American Store US. For manufacturer defects beyond our return window, we recommend contacting the brand directly.
