Shipping policy

We currently ship orders exclusively within the United States.

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages American Store US is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. We recommend contacting your local carrier or filing a claim directly with them. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our standard return process.
