When will my order be delivered?
We ship within the United States only.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) are shipped the same business day. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Can I return my product?
Yes, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For collectible toys, the packaging is considered part of the product's value and must be returned without damage, creases, or alterations. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label at no additional cost. All returns are subject to inspection and approval, and our full Return & Refund Policy applies.
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
All toys and collectibles are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@americanstoreus.com and include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging. This allows us to assess the issue and, if applicable, file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Our full Return & Refund Policy applies.
